Gratitude Exercise

Gratitude is a positive emotion usually referring to a state of thankfulness or being thankful. The definition of thankful is “conscious of benefit received.” The more you feel grateful, the more positive emotion you create, and the greater likelihood you will see and feel more positive emotion.

Use this exercise to create more positive emotion.
