Play Creating Gratitude

What better to start a week than by playing a game of life I call Creating Gratitude with these easy steps:

1)  Think of a bunch of things you would like to have resolved in a positive manner this week.

2)  Write down “I am grateful…” statements for each, such as:

I am grateful my commute today was a breeze  (even though it is the first day of school in my city).

I am grateful my granddaughter Gabby reached her study-abroad destination happy, rested and ready for a grand adventure.

I am grateful all my loved ones with medical challenges received positive progress reports this week.

I am grateful my client had a major business success this week.

I am grateful for all the successful new business connections I made this week.

3)  End your “I am grateful” session with the words:  Thank You.

Go about your week as scheduled (or better — with the positive foresight to know that at a minimum you have created positive emotions within your body and mind just playing the Creating Gratitude game).  Let me know how it goes.

Let the games begin…Don’t Die Waiting

Feel the spirit of the season
