If someone was willing to tell you the way to joy, would you take the path? When one of my most admired psychologist, @MarthaBeck recently tweeted “If you sense that joy, freedom & love lie in a direction, go that way no matter”, I had to pause. My greatest challenge is not attracting joy. My greatest challenging is being aware enough in the moment to ‘sense that joy’ is present.
That is why my Don’t Die™ Principle of Responsibility You Teach What You Need to Learn is being placed before Don’t Die™ Principle of Responsibility Change Your Awareness and Your Perspective will Change in my upcoming Don’t Die™ Waiting book. It is common knowledge within psychology and spiritual psychology that awareness is the first key to potential action. I will argue, however, that the awareness actually comes from some other lesson you are relearning for yourself at any given moment.
Knowing joy for me is not really the problem. Being aware that once again I have stopped sensing joy moment-by-moment is my problem. What about you?
Dr. Success Challenge: Do you know the direction to your joy, freedom and love?

I couldn’t agree with you more, Andrea.
