I believe how you start your day sets the tone for how you feel at the end of the day. If you ever want to know one of the most perfect ways to start a day, try this. Start with a one mile hike in one of the most beautiful places in America (, pause mid hike to have Bud Howard, Reiki Master extraordinaire, call your mind to attention with his flute playing prior to a guided meditation on the rocks. It was perfect for me!
