Ten Phrases To Success

Language is one of the many keys to shifting negative thoughts. I want to share with you a list of phrases that your brain might be saying and a suggested way to transform the statement to one that will give you the result you desire.

I do not know how or where I found this list, so if you created it, please let me know. I like to give credit so other’s will be able to find you tap into your expertise.

If Your Brain Says This:                                              Change It To This:

“I don’t know”                                                               “I’ll find out”

“No”                                                                              “What I can do is…”

“That’s not my job”                                                        “This is who can help you…”

“This stinks”                                                                  “I understand your frustration”

“That’s not my fault”                                                      “Let’s see what we can do about this”

“You need to speak to my manger”                                “I can help you”

“You want it by when?”                                                  “I’ll try my best”

“Calm down”                                                                 “I’m sorry”

“I’m busy now”                                                              “I’ll be with you in a moment”

“Call me back”                                                               “I’ll call you back in (x) minutes”

And the statements that always work no matter what:

I am sorry…Please forgive me…I love you…Thank you,
